IDENTIFY current gaps that exist using our best-in-class subject matter experts, who have a proven track record in running Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs and functions at all levels for different industries.

EVALUATE the organization’s cultural and leadership landscape to determine how to best help the organization navigate their future DEI journey.

CREATE a strategic DEI plan, based on the results of the first two steps, that is understandable, accessible, actionable, and sustainable.

Together we will implement a best-in-class sustainable DEI strategy that increases DEI, creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Our Capabilities:

DEI Assessment: 

Identify opportunities to advance DEI at your organization. This process includes evaluating existing procedures and policies to identify biases to get to the root causes. While a client’s internal surveys (e.g. engagement surveys) can be useful, it is always necessary to conduct focus groups and executive interviews. Doing so helps us better understand the “company story”, from which we can gauge culture and validate strategic solutions.
 

Leadership Coaching:

Provide consulting and coaching to people at various levels of your organization to help address challenges facing your DEI efforts. We will help leaders and employees understand their role in helping to build the proper infrastructure to create a more inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work.


DEI Strategy:

Develop a plan that is realistic, communicable and still aspirational. It will cover various aspects of how to build and manage Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This plan will be predominantly focused on the next 1-2 years because, despite the existence of longer term DEI maturity models, a new assessment should be completed as the company approaches its third year.
